Unlimited Help Desk Calls for a Flat Affordable Monthly Fee
Integrinet IT’s Remote Services Departments are located right here in the USA in Idaho and Utah. We don’t have a help desk in a foreign company taking your calls. When you call, you will speak with our own certified, highly trained, and experienced service engineers.
How It Works
Integrinet IT’s Remote Services can handle all computer issues, such as server maintenance and workstation issues. Authorized users can make unlimited calls to the help desk for a flat monthly fee.
Users can access our ticketing system through their web browser. When a ticket is submitted, the remote service engineer will receive a notification. The engineer will then reach out via email or phone, to address the concern.
An even simpler option is sending an email to the ticketing system, which automatically creates a ticket. If you are already a client, you can access our service portal to create a ticket through the Client Login tab in the top menu or right here.
If you are unable to access email or internet, you can call into the help desk. The remote engineer will take the information and create a ticket on your behalf.
The benefit of the ticketing system is the ability to maintain records of all computer issues, which provides us with valuable information that helps us improve our service.
